Debra Foster-Morris is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. The certification process includes a 40 hour classroom training/hands on course designed to insure that the technician is proficient in the relevant issues concerning child passenger safety. The course includes items, such as, current laws, product recalls, installation and carseat compatibility.
